A full house renovation was done to transform a standard “estate” house into a modern and comfortable home with a concentration on the ground floor living space.
Sitting & Dining Rooms Transformation, turning dated spaces into relaxing and modern interior. Our clients' top priority was to maximise storage and create space to both relax and entertain. We went with a more traditional and darker look for these 2 rooms as a contrast to the rest of the house, and used dark blue and green tones to create a sense of calm in the sitting room. For the kids, we created a separate play area using stylish crittall doors. These provide a sense of independence while ensuring parents can always keep an eye on them. We extended the low built-in storage across the back wall, not only housing all the children’s toys but also providing a seating area for their friends. The crittall doors also allow natural light to flow beautifully from the front to the back of the home, creating a bright and inviting space.
Earthy and warm tones are used across the finishes of the space, giving it a calm feel.

From the front door an ordering wall runs from the front to the back of the building provided with hinged screens to allow access to storage and utility elements. The internal arrangement of the ground floor is identified as complete open space which can be adapted by sliding screens to make three separate spaces allowing the house to function as required by the occupancy. The sliding screens are stored in a central core element which contains vertical routes for services and a fire place.

Open plan kitchens are one of the most sought after features of a modern family home, thanks to their light, spacious and versatile design. They also create a spacious feel as there are no barriers visually which allows the room to flow.

Set in the heart of Dublin 4, The Wellington honours the heritage of the home and site.
The design blends contemporary details within partial conservation architecture. The house is home to an old Dublin Coach House - which was protected by conservation architecture. Original sash windows and a stone wall built in a traditional method were elements included as part of this conservation process. introducing the coral paint finish to the sash window frames walks the tightrope of modernity and heritage.
This coral colour is used throughout the house on all window frames and doors as well as the stone for the kitchen island and a double height wall in the extremely unique interior courtyard - bringing a sense of warmth to the home.
A corten steel structural sculpture sits at the entrance to this house creating a grand entrance to this grand home. The door was another aspect of the conservation architecture that had to remain and was a dichotomy to the grandeur of the home and design.
A monochromatic bathroom with a mirror obelisk that disappears almost as soon as you notice it makes for a surreal and unexpected element.
Mirror finishes on all interior window pockets provide a sense of scale and generous proportions to the spaces.
Specialist wall finishes, materiality and play on scale and depth make this a harmonious and luxurious home.

The showroom is a haven of inspiration; a renovated Georgian townhouse in Dublin’s City Centre. Designed with a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and study,

This apace needed to be completely redesigned, both in terms of furniture and fixtures. Replacing the flooring, painting the wooden doors white and the walls. New furniture. It needed to be a functional, comfortable living area for this family.

This popular Italian restaurant is based in Dublin's most posh address. The owner couple have a very strong eclectic personalities and knew what they want. They wanted a colour inspired by the colour of the wine and wanted it sparkly. So it made my job easy assisting them choosing the colour.
They loved the results so much that they went on selecting another bold colour for their dinning area as they wanted a sizzling sun to get them ready for the day whatever the weather is outside!

The upper floor is a L-shaped in plan to provide an upper terrace which further accentuates the views to the North from the living and dining space and provides an expansive outdoor social space.
