A simple but beautifully symmetrical layout for this lovely open plan living extension in Petts Wood. The addition of the large kitchen island provides plenty of additional storage, work surface and seating space. The shaker style kitchen units have been painted in Farrow & Ball Elephant’s Breath and Charleston Grey and finished with stainless steel cup handles and knobs. The colour scheme and Global Apollo quartz stone worktops follow through into the utility room.

Details: Door Name = Ashton Style Doors (high quality engineered/moisture-resistant boards) Door Colour = Farrow & Ball Railings; Worktops = 30mm Bellagio Quartz worktops & full upstands were used throughout; Island Worktop = Waterfall feature quartz was used on the island; Paneling = Birch ply was used as the feature paneling; Table & Bench seating = Solid oak table & bench with 10mm steel coated in black was used in the dining area. The seating area has additional storage with a matching lighting feature that was made from the same materials.

The space in this galley kitchen layout has been maximised by including an angled peninsula kitchen island to create some additional seating as well as including some bespoke banquette seating for the dining area. The two-tone Shaker style kitchen furniture created in a 'lay-on' design has been painted in Farrow & Ball Brinjal and Dove Tale colours and finished with a mixture of satin nickel cup handles and knobs.

Designed and built entirely bespoke for a client, this in-frame shaker kitchen, crafted from solid-hardwood Walnut. Every element has been designed with longevity and beauty in mind, using only the highest-quality materials and traditional techniques. Cabinet doors are tongue-and-groove joined, fastened by exposed butt hinges. Drawers are dovetailed in construction and soft-close. Both are fitted with polished, stainless-steel handles. The cornicing along the top of the cabinets is also made of solid Walnut, and the toe-kick is stainless steel as well. The island features custom-curved painted cabinets, and both the countertop and custom dining room table and benches are made from solid Walnut with a Maple Inlay. Butcherblock cutting boards and decorative elements are made from the same material combination. This level of longevity and understated luxury can only be achieved when produced by the highest standard of craftsmanship by hand.
