A full kitchen redesign in Norwood Junction, taking a kitchen that previously lacked enough storage to create a stylish and functional space that my clients want to cook and spend time in.
The brief was to create a kitchen with dark tones and plenty of wood, and I designed this with black fenix and oak veneer doors, coupled with splashback and floor tiles for texture.
Here the layout was dramatically changed, adding in floor to ceiling cabinetry, open shelving, a breakfast cupboard and opening up the window by removing the sink and dishwasher that were previously here.
A great project to work on.

Solid oak kitchen with hand painted features. Island and canopy with radius corner in a pencil reeded detail.

Created for a charming 18th century stone farmhouse overlooking a canal, this Bespoke solid wood kitchen has been handpainted in Farrow & Ball (Aga wall and base units by the windows) with Pavilion Gray (on island and recessed glass-fronted display cabinetry). The design centres around a feature Aga range cooker.

This spacious and modern kitchen is designed using natural materials, giving it an organic and earthy feel. From the wooden cabinetry to the marble countertops, every element of the kitchen exudes elegance and sophistication while remaining functional and practical. Area: 66 sq.m.

The project involved using Blanco Eclipse Quartzite marble for the kitchen in this modern style kitchen in South Dublin. The natural light mixed with the Blanco Eclipse add depth and drama to this fusion living space, whilst the underlying dark undertone found in cabinetry adds a unique feel. Material used: Blanco Eclipse Quartzite. Status: Completed in Winter 2017.

This project comprises of a two-storey side & rear extension to a charming 1920's semi-detached home in Monkstown, transforming it into a light filled, spacious and functional family home. Positioned on an elevated, mature site with a granite boundary wall and a north-facing aspect, the design used clever design strategies to maximise daylight penetration and establish strong visual and physical connections to the garden.

The minimal shaker detail on the cabinetry brings a contemporary feeling to this project. Handpainted dark furniture contrasts beautifully with the brass handles, Quooker tap and the purity of the quartz worktops.

For this brief I worked closely with my client to choose a rich yet soothing green colour that would transform the previously white kitchen in her new home. Photography by Steve Turner.

A simple but beautifully symmetrical layout for this lovely open plan living extension in Petts Wood. The addition of the large kitchen island provides plenty of additional storage, work surface and seating space. The shaker style kitchen units have been painted in Farrow & Ball Elephant’s Breath and Charleston Grey and finished with stainless steel cup handles and knobs. The colour scheme and Global Apollo quartz stone worktops follow through into the utility room.

The long central kitchen island is the heart of this contemporary home, the spaces flow into each other, hall to kitchen, dining and living room beyond.
